Register Online Today by Following 4 Simple Steps! 

Step 1: The Process
When you click the button for the Online Registration system, you will see the following page 
On this screen you have a couple of options: 
  1. ​If you know your username and password, you can simply log in. 
  2. If you have used the system before, but do not remember your password, you can use the "Forgot my password" link to reset your password and follow the prompts given.
  3. If you are new, then you will need to click the "Create Account" button.
​​​​If you are completely new and have never been a part of our studio before, you will need to register.

Step 2: Inside the Parent Portal
When logged in, you will see the following screen. 
  1. Here is where you will see register for classes, add/manage students, etc. 
  2. The first thing that you will need to do is add a student to your account. You must click "Account," then, "Students" in the drop-down navigation menu. 
  3. If the account already has students assigned to the parent in the system, the parent will see a list of their students and classes that they are enrolled in. Otherwise, there will be no students listed. 
  4. Click the Add a Student button to add a new student (This process is very similar to the parent registration process). 
  5. The parent will enter the last name of the student and the birthday. This is required for security purposes. All basic data for the student will need to be completed. Once the student is saved, they will appear in the My Family Members list.

Step 3: Register for Classes 
At this point, you are ready to register a student for classes. 
  1. First, you will click "Account," then, the "Register for Class" button in the drop-down navigation menu. 
  2. Click the checkboxes beside the classes that you want to enroll your student in (the system will provide you with choices that your child is eligible for based on the age you indicated when adding your student to the account). Click the "Submit" button at the bottom when you are finished. 
  3. To finish enrolling, you will then need to attend to the red box at the top of your screen that says "Finish Enrolling Now." This step must be taken, or your child will sit in a "Pending Status."
  4. You will need to agree to all of our studio-wide terms and conditions (Studio Handbook) by reading through it thoroughly and checking the box under the document "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions." After checking the box, you will be prompted to type your name and provide a signature to complete this step. 
  5. Then, you will see a registration fee and convenience fee to be paid to the account to complete the registration process and secured your child's spot(s) in the desired classes. 
    1. The fee is a flat $50 rate. Your payment includes a $10 registration fee and the remainder will be reviewed for the cost of tuition and adjusted accordingly. For example, for recreational classes, $40 (first class) and $30 (any additional classes). For competition pricing, $50 (first class) and $35 (any additional classes). This will be reflected in your app at a later date.
  6. Finally, you will select the "Make Payment" button at the bottom of your screen (this will only appear if all terms and conditions boxes are selected). 
  7. At this point, you will be prompted to finish the payment process and the student will be saved in our system with their class selections made upon successful payment! Your child's spot(s) are now secured! 
  8. When you see a registration email come through that congratulates you for finishing enrollment, you will know that you have made it to the end! We are so excited to have you join us for the season and look forward to meeting you!
If you log into your Parent Portal again and go to your student, you will see them sitting in the class that you have selected! 

  • Note: if you do not want to complete the transaction online, and would like to come into the studio to make the payment, our system can support this as well. 
Step 4: Managing Your Account 
You can use the My Account option to manage your data. You can also change your password, made individual online payments to your student's account, or enroll in auto-pay under this area. The Pay Online option allows you to view Statements as well as make one-time payments by student to the family account. You can also print your own statements, too, within the portal.
